Cecilia arrived in Vancouver from Smithers, BC in 1989 and stayed briefly with an aunt before leaving in mid-October of that year. She was never seen again. Her aunt later received unconfirmed word she might be on Vancouver Island, but this was never corroborated and Cecilia has not been located.
Gerald, who investigators note had been living with mental health issues, was last seen leaving the Salvation Army location at 500 Dunsmuir Street on March 2, 1991. He has not been located since.
Arthur, described as 5'11", roughly 150 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes, told his mental health worker he was heading on vacation before he was never heard from again. Investigators have not been able to confirm his whereabouts.
Robert was reported missing by his grandmother in 2013 after going quiet since late 2012. Investigators traced a cashed cheque to an Edmonton employer, who confirmed Robert was alive and well — closing the file. Years later, evidence in an unrelated homicide probe revealed the man investigators believed was Robert was actually a different person entirely, using his identity while evading an outstanding US warrant.
